Refund policy

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding date. No date is reserved until the booking fee and signed agreement have been received. The final balance must be paid 2 weeks before your wedding date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Full payment is required upon booking to secure your wedding date. As your date is reserved exclusively for you, all payments made are non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule, I will make every effort to transfer your booking to a new date, subject to availability. One date change may be accommodated with at least 90 days' notice. If I am unavailable for the new date, a full refund will be issued.

Content Delivery

Final content will be delivered within 48 hours following your wedding. Delivery times may vary during peak wedding season.

Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I reserve the right to use images and videos from your wedding for my portfolio, website, and social media marketing.

Liability

In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control that prevent me from attending, all payments made will be refunded in full. My liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
